Tidbit Tuesday #128

For the past five months, I’ve had this pain in my back whenever I touch my chin to my chest. I know, I know… “THEN DON’T TOUCH YOUR CHIN TO YOUR CHEST!” And while in theory that works, the fact of the matter is that it’s just plain weird. For five months I tried convincing myself that it was the result of horrible posture. But forever in the back of my mind was, “What if I have cancer? What if I have something that would have been treatable if I went to the doctor when this first started – but NOW I’mma DIE?!” So, I had an x-ray. And all is well and good. Just bad posture, lugging around equipment and never sitting at my desk. Not that you were worried. ;)

I had the weekend off! SO off in fact, that I had to let out a huge “but I’m booored” on more than one occasion. (Oh my goodness!! I just spelled occasion right on the first try! This has NEVER happened before. But I digress.) :) This weekend was all about the good old animated classics as featured on what is ordinarily the worst TV network ever – ABC Family. Holes (though not animated) was followed by Ratatouille, which was followed by Finding Nemo, which was followed by Aladdin. And I can’t remember the last time I felt that happy…

Our sweet, sweet friends Aly and Marc get married this weekend after a two-year engagement! Seriously, I’ve loved everything about this duo from the moment they handed me a small green tea frap with whipped cream at our first client meeting. ;) And one of the best part about this weekend’s photo festivities? We may be the photographers, but we’re also guests! After our eight-hours are up, I am killing it on the dance floor. After I freshen up a bit, of course… All my former clients can tell you how frazzled this girl’s hair gets after eight hours. :)

Song of the Week: Who Are We Fooling by Brooke Fraser feat. Aqualung. Who am I fooling? I know the cool thing to do would be to pick a different artist from last week, but I’m positively OBSESSED with this song. Sure, it’s terribly depressing… But it’s one of the most well-written songs I’ve ever heard in my whole life long. It’s a story. And it redeems itself at the end in a beautiful, perfect way. Check it out HERE on Spotify

This week’s wedding post is that of Hannah and Zack – literally the CUTEST couple on the planet. I posted a sneak of them on the Facebook page yesterday afternoon and got a record 70 likes in a matter of hours. Hannah? Zack? It’s safe to say your friends think you’re hott. So until Thursday, feel free to check out the hottness…

Happy Tuesday!!
