About a month ago, I was contacted by Ann, former coworker of my once client and now sweet friend Patricia who sent her my way! We talked shop and Ann expressed her desire to have her youngest son photographed wearing a family heirloom of sorts. One that each of her other sons had been photographed in as well. Complete with a healthy dose of blue, frill and old-time Southern charm. We met in League City, and as soon as little David’s feet hit the ground, he was off! The following images were the moments I got him to stand still a while. :)
Ann, thank you so much for allowing me to capture such sweet moments of your little guy and keep your tradition alive. David really is just the sweetest! And I thoroughly enjoyed following him around with my lens. :) I hope you enjoy the sneak peek!
Okay, for starters? How do kids have such perfect hair?On a mission. Two years old and already going 10 MPH.Just love his little feeties! (Dylan hates when I use cutesy terms for things like “feet.” So darlin’, that was for you.) ;)This kid LOVED exploring the park where we shot. He sort of inspired me, actually. :)The light was pretty harsh at times, but my favorite aspect of this diptych is that you can see his tiny legs underneath, haha!!Okay David, MELT ME, why don’t you?Favorite, favorite.Last but not least, thank you David, for doing ridiculously cute things without realizing it. :)
Happy Thursday!
