Junior League Wedding: Lauren & Daniel

Last weekend I was embraced by two beautifully welcoming families, THE most fabulous wedding party, and two completely-in-love clients who I’d first met only three months prior. And if my obsession with adjectives and hyphens and words capitalized out of nowhere isn’t convincing enough, well then let me just tell you… It was an honor. Really. All of my love and appreciation is owed to both the Killary and Von Drehle families. And to Lauren and Daniel, most of all. I hope you enjoy this sneak peek! AND Tahiti! XOXO!!

Darryl and Co. did an incredible job with the floral for the new Mr. and Mrs.!And Lauren’s dress was one of the most uniquely beautiful gowns I’ve ever seen. Dress by Tara Keely.Daniel. One of the kindest grooms (and Steve Carell look-alikes) I’ve had the pleasure of working with.
It’s gettin’ married time!!
Post-ceremony, we headed over to the nearby bird sanctuary for some portraits.Okay, f’real. Lauren? You glow.The surroundings of L & D’s reception site were just beeegging for some portraits as well!One of my favorite things about portraiture is catching real moments. Always such a sweet moment. :)And Lauren and Daniel’s masterfully choreographed and performed first dance!I had the opportunity to photograph not only the wedding reception toasts, but L&D’s rehearsal dinner toasts. All I can say after hearing each and every one is that, Lauren and Daniel, you have a WHOLE lot of people who love you.The Mambo Jazz Kings absolutely killed it!!And we’ll end on an image that might just be my favorite from the entire day. :)
