Gloria Dei Wedding: Andrea & Kyle

I’m soo thankful to have been a part of last weekend’s gorgeous wedding at Gloria Dei, and to have worked with such an amazing couple, wedding party, family, and FAB team of vendors. But the hand-made dress, the rich purples and browns, and the creativity with which every detail was made – although beautiful – were far surpassed in beauty by a new husband and wife who simply love Jesus and wanted to honor Him all throughout their day. Andrea and Kyle have such inspiring, beautiful hearts. And they were a dream to photograph. A&K – Thank you for your trust and excitement in allowing me to document your most beautiful day! I hope that in between snorkeling adventures and cocktails in Key West, you can steal away some time to enjoy this little sneak peek! XOXO!! :)

Andrea’s godmother made her this dress. And it was PERFECT in every way.I was also quite taken with the bride’s Audrey Brooke pumps. If you could believe it… ;)
All That Blooms provided incredibly intricate floral. With MONKEY TAILS! My faaavorite.Andrea getting a little help from her older sister Megan to adjust her fab birdcage veil. So happy with this shot. And now a shout-out to a bridal party that welcomed me in like an honorary bridesmaid. Except I had a camera, and I DJ’d my Spotify account for them when their prep room lacked music. Flo Rida’s Club Can’t Handle Me, y’all. It’s where hair and makeup prep is AT.Andrea and I worked together to create the BEST wedding day timeline I’ve ever worked around. And this timeline included a first look so portraits could be taken prior to the ceremony. I always LOVE when couples choose this route! I truly think it’s the best decision for every bride. :)
F’real, you guys? For. Real? Your babies are going to be GORGEOUS. That’s all I’ll say.
Love these moments. :)Ding, ding, ding. We have a favorite!Ceremony details! This organ blew my mind. So beautiful.THE moment. And how I loved Kyle’s reaction… :)
Some friends of the bride and groom sung David Crowder’s version of How He Loves near the end of the ceremony. And the whole room was enveloped in sweet, sweet worship. SO powerful.I quickly fell in love with this little girl I found staring at my camera during prayer. :)MARRIED.Grand Finale Catering by Tamera put ALL of this together. Loved the color scheme!Andrea is an art teacher, as you might imagine from the tiny easels on every table. Such a fun detail.New guestbook idea for Pinterest, anybody?Favorite moment from Andrea and Kyle’s very first dance as Mr. and Mrs. Kilpatrick! And the toasts were pretty awesome too. :)
I’ve been to my fair share of weddings. So when I say that this one was just about the biggest dance party I’ve EVER seen… You’ve got to believe me.And we’ll end here. Right before being whisked away. The bubbles added such a sweet effect. And the expressions are priceless. :)

Happy Friday!!
